Dear Lord, please watch over my ex-husband Matthew who is in the hospital and pray for his fast recovery. Please pray that his test results are good. We have 2 beautiful boys that love him very much and need him in their lives. Even though we are no longer married and have our disagreements, I never expected he would get this sick. Im afraid for my children, so I pray that you help me be strong for them. Thank you Lord for teaching me that what is more important than how much time we spend with someone, it is how we spend our time with them. The quality of time with our loved ones. Please help me pass that onto my ex-husband and my boys, to focus more on the quality of time and not on the amount of time they are with each other. Please bless them and again pray for his fast recovery.
Please pray for my friend, Judie, so that she find the strength to fight against the sadness and frustration of seeing her son follow the wrong road that he is on. Please bless her family and give them the strength to do what they need to do to help their son. I know she is afraid of the choices he is making will lead him to trouble. Please pray for her son so that he may find the strength in himself to say to no and stand up for what he believes in and find the respect in himself, and the belief that he can be more. There are many more wonderful things waiting for him in the future. He is a beautiful boy with a big heart and people take advantage of that. Please let him see that he does have a bright future. Please Lord help him see it. Please bring a person who can help him see and encourage him to make the right choices.
